New Equipment: There are NO RETURNS on new equipment.
Used Equipment: There are NO RETURNS on used equipment.
Parts: Electrical parts and electronics are NOT RETURNABLE.
Special Order Parts: There are NO RETURNS on Special Order Parts.
All other parts may be returned within 30 days with receipt as long as they have not been opened from
original package and are subject to 20% restocking fee.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY---- all returns require an RMA number from us. Request an RMA number by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What is an RMA? An RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorization. We assign specific numbers to products that are authorized for return back to us. What do I do with the RMA number that is assigned to my return? Write it clearly on the outside of the container that you are shipping the product back in. Note: if the RMA is not on the outside of the package, no refund will be given and the package and contents will become the property of emilslawnmower.com WRITE IT CLEAR ON THE OUTSIDE OF PACKAGE.
Do you want anything else sent back with the product? Yes, please include a copy of your original invoice, we need that.
Do you charge a restocking fee? Yes, all authorized RMA returns are subject to a 25% RESTOCK FEE.
Who Pays shipping back to emilslawnmower.com? You the buyer are responsible for all shipping costs back to our returns dept.
Will I get a refund on the original shipping charge I paid? No, sorry, the cost of shipping and handling are not refunded back.
What is the minimum value of a single part that can be returned? Yes, if a part cost you less then $5.00 each on your invoice, it is not returnable. Parts that cost you $4.99 and under EACH are not returnable. For example, if one of the parts on your order cost $5.00, that could be returned under our return policy. The other 3 items which are the same part number cost $4.99 each, these are not returnable. We do not add up the total of the parts if they are the same part number, we use the price you paid for each. Where should I send my return? How long do I have to return items back to emilslawnmower.com? You have 30 calendar days to have the product delivered to our returns department from the date that your package left our facility to you. NOTE: Please put some type of tracking and insurance on your return package.
What happens if I send the package late and it does not get to the returns department in time? Remember you have 30 calendar days from the day that it left our facility to you for you to have it delivered back to us. If it arrives after the 30 calendar days, you will not be given a refund, and the package and contents will become the property of emilslawnmower.com
What card will you credit my refund to? We can only refund back to the original card used to purchase the product.
How long does it take to receive a credit back to my card used to purchase? Once your return is delivered to our returns department, your package contents will be inspected and a refund will be given. Please allow up to 30 business days for a credit to appear on your account.
emilslawnmower.com paid the original shipment to me because I had a free shipping option. Now what? If your order was shipped prepaid by us to you, our original shipping and handling charges for that package will be deducted from your refund.
What types of products are not returnable? Including but not limited to any item that cost you less than $5.00 each, electrical items, engines, short blocks, crankshafts, products with an engine mounted on them, gaskets, carburetor kits, gasket kits, chemicals, batteries, oil, inner tubes, tires, used items, marred, dirty, or marked on items, items in factory packaging that is opened, marred, marked on, or tampered with, as well as previously installed items, washed, or worn items, items missing factory tags.
The returns department inspects all products before a refund is issued so if your item is affected by any of these return exclusions, do not return it, you will not be given any credit and the package and contents of it will become the property of emilslawnmower.com.
